Just want to put this out there again before the Annual Meeting.  We are taking nominations for board positions so if anyone is interested, or knows someone who might be interested, please let any of the board members know.

Board positions are:

President

Vice-President

Treasurer

Membership

Communications

Dealer Relations

Member At-Large

We have nominations for all positions except the position of Vice President.  This position entails planning the club events for the year, except for the Dealer Drive, and/or recruiting folks to help plan events so if anyone is interested again, please let us know.

We would like to have all nominations, NLT December 15th so that we have time to prepare the slate of officers for presentation to the membership at the Annual Meeting in January.

Hello fellow ZROC’ers,

Our end of the year meeting will be held next Saturday, November 15th, from 12p to 2p at Giammarco’s located at 6030 Chandler Ct., Westerville, OH 43082.  If you happen to be on or have access to Facebook please visit our page event tab and respond that you will be attending so we can have approximation of the number of attendees.

If you are interested in serving on the board for 2026 please let one of the current board members know as we are taking nominations now.  If there are multiple nominations for the same positions we will have an election at our Annual meeting in January.

We are holding one of our most popular drives on Saturday, September 20th.

Meeting point is the Flying J Travel Center located at 10480 Baltimore Rd. SW, Millersport, OH 43046. Meeting time is 9:30am.

We will head east towards Zanesville, OH and drive some curvy roads before hitting the 555. Afterwards we will meet at Papa Boos at Buckeye Lake for some cold drinks and lunch. Hope to see everyone there.

Don’t worry….it’s a bye week for the Buckeyes so no game.

Good Morning fellow ZROC Members,

A couple of months back I sent out an email regarding the Z’s Across America Rally (ZAAR).  ZROC is working with ZCCC to escort the group coming from York, PA (via the White Rose Z Club) through Columbus and into Indianapolis (where the Indy Z Car Club will assume the escort the next morning).  The date of our segment (#6) is Wednesday, August 27th, we are meeting the group at the Rt40/I-70 interchange on the west side of Zanesville around 4pm (at a Shell/McDonalds).  If you want to join in this drive you must registrar at the ZAAR link below and complete the waiver form.  Please note that this rally/drive is limited to Nissan/Infiniti products only.

Maybe we’ll see you there!

Z Across America Rally – ZCON 2025

Sorry for the late notice on this.  ZROC is planning on caravaning to the Dayton Cars & Coffee event this Saturday, August 2nd.

We will meet at the Meijer’s parking lot in Hilliard, located at 1661 Hilliard Rome Rd., Col’s 43228 at 7am and then drive over to the event together.  If you are planning on meeting us there the location is:

ZROC once again is planning to participate in the Arthritis Charity Auto Show.  The event is next Thursday through Saturday, July 17 – 19 and the show location is 555 Metro PL N., in Dublin, Ohio.

The main show is on Saturday but the Friday night cruise in is pretty cool as well.  ZROC has participated in this event for over a decade so if you can make it out we’d love to see you there.  You can register your vehicle at www.arthritis.org/afcas.  For those of you on Facebook an event has been created under the events tab so responding to that would be great so we have an approximate count but you must register your vehicle with the Arthritis Foundation at the above site to be able to participate in the show.

If you just want to walk around and look at all the vehicles you can do that as well but I believe there is a $10 admission fee per person.

Sunday, June 22 is the Vintage Grand Prix at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course (official event name is the Permco Grand Prix) The club will provide the main dish. We ask that club members provide a side dish. Please let us know what you are bringing so that we don’t have triplets of the same thing. I have set the meeting time for 8:30 Sunday morning at the rest stop off I-71 North for those that want to caravan up. As I will be out of town for this event Shelby will be leading this and will provide additional details as the date gets closer. You will need to purchase a general admission ticket from Mid-Ohio in advance or at the gate to attend. Pricing for these can be found on the Mid-Ohio website. If you intend to go, please reply to the event post on our Facebook page.
